What does rent guarantee insurance cover?

How does it work? Does the tenant need a co-signer?
The landlord or real estate agency takes out the policy and the insurer reviews the tenant. Depending on the company and plan, the tenant's details may be enough, or they may ask for proof of income and sometimes a co-signer (codeudor).
I'm a foreigner who owns property here. Can I get it?
Each insurer sets its own requirements for the policyholder, including which ID it accepts. Tell us your ID type (passport or cédula de extranjería) and the lease details, and we check which insurers can back your rental.
