What does Colombian law require after a data breach?
If your company handles personal data, Ley 1581 de 2012 (arts. 17 and 18) requires you to protect it and report to the SIC (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) any security breaches that put that information at risk. The policy can cover incident response.
